Sketch design
The first step is to carry out customized design based on your ideas or sketches. This is the starting point of product design. Material selection
Based on the design concept and your requirements, we will explore various materials, including leather, denim, hardware, etc.
When choosing the materials, we will take into account various factors such as texture, color, weight and feel, in order to perfectly meet your brand requirements.

Paper Mold Making
According to the design plan determined in the previous stage, we will use cardboard to make the paper mold for the bags. We will create cutting templates, which are used to mark the cutting lines for each component of the bags to ensure that the size of each piece of material is accurate during the production process.
Mold testing: After the paper patterns are made, we will test the bag samples to check if the structure and design are appropriate. We will then adjust the size or structure as needed.

Sample Making
After the design size and material selection of the package have been finalized, you can obtain the project quotation and make the deposit.
Sample is the first product trial run based on your design requirements and the selected materials, with the aim of verifying the credibility and practicality of the design.
We will provide the samples to the you for review. you can offer suggestions for modification and confirm the samples.

Preparation for Mass production

Production schedule: Before starting the mass production, a production plan will be arranged based on the quantity of customer orders, delivery dates, and production capacity to ensure timely delivery.

Production line layout: Prepare the necessary equipment and tools for production, arrange production procedures, and ensure that workers are familiar with the production process. The layout and configuration of the production line are of great importance to production efficiency and product quality.

Quality standard confirmation: Collaborate with the quality inspection department to determine the quality control standards, clearly define the quality requirements and inspection procedures for each production stage, and ensure that each stage can meet the predetermined quality standards.

Mass Production

Based on the confirmed pattern, the leather, fabric, lining and other materials are precisely cut using professional equipment to ensure the exact size of each part. The cutting process requires high precision to avoid material waste and unnecessary errors.

The sewing and assembly process involves using sewing machines to stitch together the individual pieces of material that have been cut to create the main body of the bag, and then assembling the pockets, zippers, shoulder straps, etc. as accessories. Each step requires high-quality technical support to ensure the stability and aesthetics of the product.

Cleaning and polishing, during the production process, adjustments will be made to remove excess thread ends, fix minor flaws, etc., to ensure the perfect appearance of the bags and to clean them to remove possible stains or odors.

Quality Control

First inspection: After the production begins, quality checks are conducted on the first batch of produced bags to ensure that the production process and product quality meet the requirements. This step also helps to identify problems promptly and make adjustments.

Process inspection: During the production process, quality inspectors will conduct regular spot checks to ensure that the quality requirements are met at every stage. If any issues are identified, immediate measures will be taken to resolve them, preventing defective products from entering the market.

Final inspection: After the production is completed, a comprehensive final inspection is conducted on all bags to check the appearance, size, functionality, hardware, and other aspects. This ensures that the overall quality and standards of the products meet the expected requirements.

Packaging

Based on the packaging design previously confirmed by the customer, we began to prepare all the materials needed for the bulk packaging, including paper boxes, bags, labels, cartons, etc. We ensured that each packaging component met the customer's requirements and that the quality of the packaging was sufficient to protect the products.

Packaging standardization: Each bag will be packed according to the packaging standards specified by the customers. Whether it is individual packaging or multiple items combined packaging, we will ensure that the packaging of each bag is consistent, the appearance is neat, and it conforms to the brand image.

Delivery

After all the bags have been packaged, the shipment preparation begins. Ensure that the products are in accordance with the customer's order, and prepare the logistics information, packing list and related documents.

The products are transported to the customer's designated location by the logistics company. Ensure that the delivery is completed on time and provide the customer with tracking information so that they can promptly know the status of the goods.
